备份及文件导出失败？-科目记-好会计都用科目记

科目记软件维护工程师，您好！我的科目记软件升级到1.1.3以后出现备份失败，文件无法导出等问题，现升级到1.1.4后问题依旧。由于我周内不太方便与客服联系，不知可否凭借以下截图及log文件内容帮我解决。十分感谢！
